It is said that before harvesting this precious plant the Japanese hold spiritual ceremonies paying tribute to the sacred character of Shiso. Also, in Korea and Taiwan, Shiso is woven into the spiritual landscapes and is planted in private gardens to call upon its protection, divine connection and its capacity to purify the surroundings. Shiso strengthens and expands consciousness and helps to release stuck patterns, societal imprints and projections to reveal the truth behind it all. Shiso connects us with other dimensions, tapping into and resonating with Ajna, our Third Eye wisdom.

Frankincense

Throughout history and to this day, frankincense has been revered for its powerful ability to ward off negative spirits and foster an energetic connection to the divine. Its spiritual essence aids in focused contemplation, its scentscape grounds the mind and fosters a sense of security, willpower, and perseverance.

Ravintsara

Aura Seeing

Apply a drop of the Eye-Gel to the area of your Third Eye and massage The Seer counterclockwise seven times to fully engage with the sensations you might experience. Practice softening your gaze to strengthen your peripheral vision. To see visual auras more clearly, try to soften your gaze, almost as if you're squinting, as you concentrate on one spot for 30 to 60 seconds. Trataka Meditation
