Shipping Policy
Every single bottle and jar of our ceremonial Max and Me Collection is hand blended and personally filled in microbatches by us, Max (Max) and Tanja (Me) in our intimate garden studio in Vienna, Austria with all the love we can muster. This is skinfood as fresh as can be.
Orders will generally ship from Vienna, Austria within 1–2 business days (Mo–Fr) upon your order confirmation, providing time for your selection to be completed. Allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal freight time to your destination. During special promotions and seasonal peaks expect some delay as our small team works to handmake each and every fresh and vibrant treat for you. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
We ship via standard mail services. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, international orders are always shipped via FEDEX courier service. Please contact us by email, if you need special shipping requirements for your order: highvibes@maxandme.at
max and me gmbh is not responsible for delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor for any additional duties and taxes your government will require for your shipment to enter the country.

Packages within AUSTRIA and EU ship complimentary via Austrian Post starting from an order value of Euro 100 and Euro 150 respectively.
International
Our website lists purchase prices in Euros.
All international packages ship via expedited courier service FEDEX.
International orders with a product total over 200 ship free.
International Customs / Duties / Fees / Taxes
Important notice about VAT deduction for Swiss customers, non-EU and international customers: Swiss customers, non-EU and international customers are not required to pay the local Austrian VAT (20%). The VAT will be levied by the respective country, usually through its customs authority. If you register before shopping, the system will know you are tax exempt and lists the tax free prices. These taxes, which are only applicable in Austria and the EU will be deducted in your order total at the end of check out.

What products are returnable/ refundable?
Our complete Collection is returnable, items must have been purchased directly from maxandme.at within the last 30 days. If your item falls outside of these requirements, please email us at highvibes@maxandme.at for further guidance.
What products are non-returnable/ non-refundable?
No returns or refunds will be eligible for return due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages. Orders placed during gifting promotions where free product was received with a qualifying value purchase are not eligible for return.
Please note that international shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes are not eligible for refund.
