A space of deep presence and interconnection. A sacred place protected by pure energies. Imagine that you are standing in a Viennese garden orchard in full, lush bloom, gazing through the open French doors of a studio buzzing with silent movement. You glimpse smiling team members, gliding around in hushed voices, dressed neatly in white, carefully carrying jars that must be precious enough to be handled like delicate treasures. The air is pregnant with the fragrance of honeyed-cacao cut with a heavenly inspiring floral essence.
The Garden Studio looks rather like an art-deco opera house with its purple chandeliers and large old-school apothecary jars sitting pretty, holding freshly swirled bright golden elixirs. You can almost feel the potency of the formulas; the goodness locked within each ingredient and your skin the key to its destiny. Taking it all in, you begin to tap into a feeling, a magnetic pull, even a silent internal shift that you can’t quite put into words. You pick up a finished bottle of churned balm, melt a pea-size scoop in between your hands and smooth across your skin. You take a deep breath. You feel an overall sense of elevation, a homecoming to your body found within this new vessel of connection.

The light filled space of our garden studio's kitchen gives you full transparency into our small-batch process. First the ingredients’ room, cool and dark and just so perfect to house most precious high-vibe essences, meticulously foraged on sacred grounds. Raw materials, oils, butters and powders, honey and sacred essences are being welcomed here with love and knowing and until their healing is called upon and needed. Max and Tanja care for their ingredients with fastidious attention to detail.
The balms & mask & powder room choreographs a gently stellar and grounded ambiance. Now busy at work are some of the world’s finest plant botanicals: ingredients that your body deeply resonates with, delivered in a vibrational language that your cells understand. Blending, mixing, stirring and swirling. All us. In the oils room beauty oils and essential oils are mixed with a sparkling glass wand in big apothecary teardrop shaped jars. Culminating in the filling in and celebrational closing of each fresh bottle - all in the knowing that you will hold this blend in your hands, receiving our blessings. We created an environment of high vibrational beauty and love and with each and every handmade piece it ripples out into the world to lighten and brighten you all ... when opening the lid and letting tantalizing fragrances conjure sweet anticipation of the sensual pleasure.

There is also a lot to be said for the truly handmade nature of our production that we take very seriously. Max and Tanja create, blend and bottle their magical Collection by hand. This is a labour of love, one piece at a time. We aim to work as a catalyst for love in action, creating a space for skin transformation but also for a new healing path. It is about coming home to ourselves, nurturing our connection with spirit, environment and one another. We see our products as messengers of energy, love and consciousness and we are deeply grateful for the unique healing forces they yield.

At the Max and Me Garden Studio this is done with full awareness and intention. Before starting into yet another day in the kitchen, the team gathers and together does beautiful heart opening exercises, letting its warmth stream to their hands bestowing love upon everything they softly run their fingers through.

Whatever the established and progressive standards, our team is motivated to go above and beyond common sustainable business practices, by applying vibrational wisdom also to production. Always holding the energy high through the whole process in thoughts, spoken words and actions, lovingly and intentionally. We consciously research, source and place all our production equipment for their individual and collective ability to continue to maintain high energy, sustainability and mindfulness.
This often means that we are very particular about only certain materials coming into our studio and into contact with the ingredients - our equipment has to be “organic” in nature, as minimally processed as possible and yes, also high-vibe. Our absolute favorite production pieces are our large “old-school” apothecary glass vessels, which have a gorgeous tear drop shape. Within these, we mix every single oil blend with glass wands - they always remind us that we are all magicians and healers in our own right.
IT IS A SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL PROCESS TO TRANSFORM THE MATERIA AROMATICA AND THE PRIMA MATERIA INTO THE PRODUCT
The energetic complexities that are involved leave us in awe of all the alchemical wonder of this metamorphosis from the raw materials to the vibrancy of the luscious balms, the golden oils, the fragrant hydrosol, the sweetness of the mask. We work with ingredients, ethereal and imbued with vibrancy and intensity. We read and intuit where high energy is flowing and follow while uniting the satisfyingly sensorial with the intangible mystical. Like stars in the sky the vibrancy of each gives beauty to the whole and transforms to become something greater than the sum of their parts.
